Solution design: Based on the on-site survey results and customer needs, the technicians will design one or more elevator solutions. 3. Product Recommendation and Quotation
Product recommendation: Sales personnel need to recommend suitable elevator products to customers based on customer needs and solution design results. When recommending, they need to provide detailed information on product performance characteristics, technical advantages, brand strength, and after-sales service.
Quotation: Sales personnel need to provide a detailed quotation based on customer needs and selected products. The quotation must clearly list the product price, transportation costs, installation costs, taxes and other costs, as well as possible additional costs (such as wellway modification costs).
4. Contract Signing
Contract drafting: After the customer confirms the purchase intention, the salesperson needs to draft the elevator sales contract based on the results of the negotiation between the two parties. The contract must clearly state the rights and obligations of both parties, product specifications, prices, delivery time, payment methods, acceptance criteria and other terms.
Contract review: After the contract is drafted, it must be reviewed by the company's legal department or professional lawyers to ensure the legality and validity of the contract terms.

1. Services after the contract is signed
Providing shaft drawing: Within one week after signing the contract, the elevator manufacturer will provide the owner with the shaft drawing for the owner to confirm. At the same time, the elevator manufacturer will actively cooperate with the design institute to prepare the shaft construction drawing to ensure the smooth installation of the elevator.
On-site survey and technical support: After signing the contract, the elevator manufacturer will send a surveyor to the site to measure the shaft dimensions and check the location and dimensions of the embedded and reserved holes to ensure that the shaft meets the elevator installation requirements. 2. Installation and construction services
Installation quality control: During the elevator installation process, the quality of each process will be subject to the "three-in-one" quality control system of self-inspection by the team, review by the site technician and review by the company's quality inspector. If the previous process is unqualified, the next process will never be carried out to ensure the installation quality of the elevator.
